Internet Explorer© or Adobe Reader© report 'Lost Internet Connection' or 'Cannot Display Web Page' during ceFoundation and RCS DISPLAY TO SCREEN.
The ceFoundation/RCS DISPLAY TO SCREEN feature creates Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) documents not unlike other PDF files you may receive in your other day-to-day operations.

Certain updates to Adobe Reader
© have been found to prevent PDF documents from being properly displayed within Internet Explorer©. These updates may result in the DISPLAY TO SCREEN feature reporting a 'Lost Internet Connection' or 'Cannot Display Web Page' message. For example,

Internet Explorer Error 404

Internet Explorer Cannot Display Web Page

Note that other, similar messages may also display.

If this message displays frequently on a certain workstation, you may be able to resolve the message by changing your
Adobe Reader© settings; in particular, disable the Verify signatures when the document is opened setting. To do so, launch Adobe Reader© then select Edit then Preferences. Navigate to the Security category and uncheck the Verify signatures when the document is opened setting.
