Workstation Information
Once we've successfully connected to your network, we use this information to connect to and configure each workstation.  Each workstation will have the Computer Ease application installed and configured before the actual migration is performed.

Please list all workstations that will need to connect to the new server.  This will insure each workstation is configured and ready when the application is migrated to the new server.
